Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Veenocks mobile application ("the App"), operated by Veenocks (a member of the R28 Holdings group) and developed by KodeFoundry, handles information. The App is a private business tool for authorized Veenocks staff and owners to view finished-goods inventory and use an inventory assistant.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication credentials, used to sign you in. Access is limited to a pre-approved list of users.
• Assistant messages: the questions you type into the assistant, in order to generate answers.
• Inventory data: the App displays the company's tile inventory; this is business data, not your personal data.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and grant access to the App.
• To answer your inventory questions through the assistant.
• To operate, secure and maintain the service.

Processing & storage

Authentication and inventory data are stored using Google Firebase / Google Cloud (project smartwms-f2502). Assistant questions are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate a response; they are not used to train models. Your conversation history is stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time from within the App.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the App (Google Firebase for auth/data; Anthropic for assistant responses), and where required by law.

Retention & your rights

Account data is kept while your access is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Removing the App and clearing the chat removes locally stored conversation history.

Children

The App is an internal business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
